Admissions
- Arrangement for admission to First Center Poly Clinic is made during a patient’s appointment with the doctor.
- You will be asked to complete a Pre-admitting Record, which will be forwarded to the Admissions Department.
- You need to provide a copy of a valid identification card (for foreigners: passport copy)
- For admission: You need to deposit . For operations/surgery
- Upon receipt of the Pre-admitting Record, the admitting staff will pre-register or update the data in preparation for your admission.
- Your room and bed will be assigned according to your situation and request.
- In the event of an emergency, admission to First Center Poly Clinic is arranged through the Emergency Room.
- You are not allowed to leave the hospital without doctor’s permission. If do so, the hospital is NOT responsible for any incidents and/or any consequences.

Every room is regularly maintained, to help the patient recover

In-training Exam. Dr. Reid Sheftall worked as a private practice general

Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
As of 2014, over 250 operations have been performed by Dr. Sheftall on burned and disfigured children from Vietnam and Cambodia.
